Herbal Tea: Linden Tea

Linden tea is tea made out of the blossoms of the linden tree (tilia sp.). The blossoms have a characteristic floral fragrance, which is easily recognizable when walking under a linden tree in bloom.

Linden is sometimes used alone, or mixed with other herbs.
