Pu-Erh Tea is a post-fermented tea. It is a famous and popular beverage in Southeastern China. Some scientific studies have suggested the possibility that Pu-Erh tea reduces cholesterol and blood fats. When brewed, Pu-Erh tea has a dark reddish color with a strong, full and earthy taste.
Brewing Instructions: (from Ten Ren Tea)
Water at boiling point should be used for steeping.

 I really adore Pu-Erh tea and this is one of the most fantastic brands I've found in teabag form. It has a dark, rich colour and a smooth flavor- never gets bitter, effective but not overdone caffeine. Cheap enough to keep coming back to. Overall a solid choice. |
