Oolong Tea: Alishan Oolong

Alishan oolong, sometimes written as Ali shan oolong is a style of oolong tea grown at high altitudes in Alishan, or Mount Ali, in Taiwan.

According to Ten Ren Tea, Alishan oolong is among the newest of high-mountain oolong varieties, having been developed around 1999.[1]

Alishan oolongs are usually described as being light or greener oolongs.
